Our Consul General, Janet Blandino, held her first working meeting today with Luisa Fernández Durán, Executive Director of the National Council of Free Trade Zones, to establish and coordinate a joint agenda to promote the incentives established in Law No. 8-90, on the promotion of free trade zones, in the consular jurisdiction of the West Coast of the United States of America.
