VISA DE NEGOCIO: Para fines Instituciones Públicas y/o Organismos Internacionales
REQUIREMENTS ACCORDING TO TYPE OF VISA:
- Visa form duly completed legible printing. (Download link at the bottom of the page)
- Visa application letter (without notarization), addressed to the Consul, signed by the company or institution to which the beneficiary belongs, containing the name of the beneficiary, nationality, place of residence, activity to which he is engaged, financial means with the That account and the purpose of traveling to the country. This document must be taken by the company or institution to which the beneficiary belongs on the stamped and stamped sheet.

- Original passport, must be at least eighteen (18) months in force.
- Birth Certificate of the interested party apostilled by the Secretary of State.

- Propuesta de trabajo registrada en el Ministerio de Trabajo, en la cual indique posición a ocupar, sueldo base más beneficios adicionales.
- Certificación del Ministerio de Trabajo, indicando que la empresa está en el Sistema Integrado de Registro Laborales (SIRLA), además que cumple con lo establecido en el Art. 135 del Código de Trabajo Dominicano sobre nacionalización del trabajo. (Fecha certificación no más de 3 meses).
- Solvencia Económica de la Empresa en República Dominicana.
FOR THE GUARANTOR IN RD:
The Letter of Guarantee, duly notarized and legalized in the office of the Attorney General of the Republic, this document must be presented by the applicant along with the other documents on the day of his interview at the Dominican Consulate, it is essential that it contains this letter of guarantee. The following clause, so that it can be accepted by our diplomatic or consular mission:
WARRANTY CLAUSE
“Garantizo que (nombre, nacionalidad y pasaporte), no permanecerá en la República Dominicana por más tiempo que el otorgado por la Dirección General de Migración, ni solicitará la residencia o el cambio de estatus migratorio en el territorio dominicano, dedicándose exclusivamente a la Actividad por la cual se le otorgó la visa. Me hago responsable moral y económicamente de la devolución de su país de origen, asumiendo que pagaré a favor del estado dominicano cualquier gasto en que dicha persona pueda incurrir durante su estadía en el país o que se origine. Como resultado de su repatriación o deportación de la misma “.
- Documentos de Soporte: evidencia que establece sus calificaciones laborales, incluyendo su resume o Currículo Vitae, diplomas universitarios, (estos documentos NO DEBEN SER APOSTILLADOS O LEGALIZADOS NI TRADUCIDOS).
- Interview. The guarantor must complete an interview with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with an official of the consular department.
- Include a prepaid envelope (sealed) and redirected (with your address) to return the documents. It is recommended that you use the services of FedEx or UPS or DHL. If you use a FedEx, we only accept the FedEx prepaid envelope (we are not responsible for shipping payments).

Notes:
- Do not buy travel tickets until you are informed if your visa has been approved.
- Having completed all the above requirements does not mean visa approval, but indicates that the consulate can accept your application, evaluate it and send it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who will issue the final decision.
- Once in Dominican territory, you have a period of 30 days to appear before the General Directorate of Migration (DGM) to formalize the paperwork of your residence, visas or temporary permit, you must complete the additional requirements that you require in accordance with the Application Regulation of the General Migration Law No. 285.

- Documents may only be translated by the Dominican Consulate.
