REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICANT ABROAD<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Visa <\/b>Application Form<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. One (1) 2\u201d x 2\u201d passport-size<\/b>photograph (front-facing, white background)<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Original passport <\/b>with a minimum validity of six (6) months<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Authorization from parents or guardians<\/b> , when the applicant is a minor and is not the father or mother.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Proof of financial solvency<\/b>(employment verification letter, bank certification with transaction history for the last three (3) months)<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Labor Certification<\/b>, indicating your date of entry into the company, position you hold in the company and salary.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Copy of current and expired US Visa<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Title deeds to your residence<\/b>, business, farm or land, or vehicle registration if you own one (if you do not work).<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Legible photocopy of the National Identity Document<\/b> of the country of nationality and a legible photocopy of the Residence Card, if you reside in a second country.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Legible copy of hotel reservation or invitation letter<\/b> with the address information and general data of the person who will host you in the DR.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Legible copy of flight reservation<\/b> updated to the date of your trip.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Copy of Embassy appointment <\/b>in the Dominican Republic (for cases of change of status)<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Legible copy of previous visas<\/b> Dominicans<\/b> (if it is a renewal or if you have previously traveled to the Dominican Republic).<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Visa application letter <\/b>(Not Notarized) signed by the beneficiary or his\/her representative, containing name, nationality, place of residence, activity to which he\/she is dedicated, financial means available and purpose of travel to the country.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. We only accept certified checks or money orders made payable to: Dominican Consulate.<\/b><\/li>\n
  16. Include a prepaid (properly stamped) and pre-addressed (with your address) envelope to send your documents and payment to the Dominican Consulate in California. 500 North Brand Blvd. Suite #960, Glendale, CA 91203. (We recommend that the envelope include a tracking number.) You can use UPS, DHL, or USPS. <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    IMPORTANT NOTES<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Do not buy a travel ticket until you are informed if your visa has been approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Having completed all the requirements required above does not mean visa approval, but indicates that the consulate can accept your request, evaluate it and send it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who will issue the final decision.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Once in Dominican territory, they have a period of 30 days to appear before the General Directorate of Migration (DGM) to formalize the procedures of their residence, visas or temporary permit, having to complete the additional requirements that it requires according to the Regulation of application of General Migration Law No. 285.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The cost of this service is not refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The documents can only be translated by the Dominican Consulate<\/span><\/p>\n
