REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICANT ABROAD<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Visa <\/b>Completed and properly typed or printed. Available at consular offices or on the service portal.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Visa Application Letter<\/b> (not notarized), addressed to the consul, signed by the company or institution to which the beneficiary belongs, containing the beneficiary's name, nationality, place of residence, activity to which he\/she is dedicated, financial means available and purpose of travel to the country. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. One (1) 2 x 2 size photograph<\/b> inches, front and with white background.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Original passport<\/b> with a minimum validity of ONE AND A HALF YEARS (18 months).<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Legible photocopy of your Residence Card. (If applicable)<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Birth Certificate.<\/b> It must be presented in original, duly legalized or<\/span>
    \n<\/span>apostilled, as appropriate, legalized or apostilled as appropriate.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. FBI Certificate of No Criminal Record<\/b> (Not required for minors) issued (within 12 months of the application) by the competent authority (federal authority in the case of federated states) of the countries in which you have resided in the last 5 years, duly legalized or apostilled, as appropriate.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Medical Certification<\/b> that the petitioner does not have any infectious or contagious diseases.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Hired by Public Institutions and\/or International Organizations:<\/b> They are those experts and technicians who, under the responsibility of foreign governments or international organizations, enter the country according to agreements or programs approved by the Government to carry out assistance functions,<\/span>
    \n<\/span>advice or as agents of technical cooperation.<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. For cases of Public Institutions <\/b>Attach a copy of the employment contract with the Dominican State institution and a request letter for signature by the highest-ranking official.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. For cases of International Organizations<\/b>, attach a copy of the employment contract with the international organization and a verbal note of request for signature by the Head of Mission.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. For the guarantor in Dominican Rep.<\/b>: <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Letter of Guarantee<\/b> Duly notarized and legalized by the Attorney General's Office, this document must be presented by the applicant along with the other documents on the day of their interview at the Dominican consulate. It is essential that this letter of guarantee contains the following clause, so that it can be accepted by our Diplomatic or Consular Mission.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        WARRANTY CLAUSE:<\/b><\/p>\n

        "I guarantee that (name, nationality, passport or ID) will dedicate themselves exclusively to the activity for which the visa was granted. I assume moral and financial responsibility for the return to their country of origin, and I agree to pay the Dominican State any expenses that said person may incur during their stay in the country, or that arise as a result of their repatriation or deportation from the country."<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Supporting Documents:<\/b> Evidence establishing your job qualifications, including your resume or CV (curriculum vitae), university diplomas (these documents do not need to be apostilled, legalized, or translated).<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Copy of the guarantor's identity card.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. Include a prepaid (properly stamped) and pre-addressed (with your address) envelope to send your documents and payment to the Dominican Consulate in California. 500 North Brand Blvd. Suite #960, Glendale, CA 91203. (We recommend that the envelope include a tracking number.) You can use UPS, DHL, or USPS. (We are not responsible for shipping charges.) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            IMPORTANT NOTES<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

            Do not buy a travel ticket until you are informed if your visa has been approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Having completed all the requirements required above does not mean visa approval, but indicates that the consulate can accept your request, evaluate it and send it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who will issue the final decision.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Once in Dominican territory, they have a period of 30 days to appear before the General Directorate of Migration (DGM) to formalize the procedures of their residence, visas or temporary permit, having to complete the additional requirements that it requires according to the Regulation of application of General Migration Law No. 285.<\/span><\/p>\n

            The cost of this service is not refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

            The documents can only be translated by the Dominican Consulate<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
