Available at consular offices or on the service portal (Click Here)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Visa application letter (not notarized), <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Addressed to the consul, signed by the beneficiary&#039;s company or institution, containing the beneficiary&#039;s name, nationality, place of residence, activity, financial means, and purpose of travel to the country. This document must be issued by the beneficiary&#039;s company or institution on a stamped and sealed sheet.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>One (1) 2 x 2 inch photograph<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, front facing and with a white background. (Passport type)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Original Passport<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">must have a minimum validity of eighteen (18) months.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Birth Certificate, Apostilled by the Secretary of State that issued the certificate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Legible photocopy of your National Identification Document<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(driver&#039;s license) and a copy of your Residence Card, if you reside in a second country.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Certificate of No Criminal Record issued by the FBI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Not required for minors) This certificate is valid for 10 months from the date of issue and certificates from the countries in which you have resided in the last 5 years, duly legalized or apostilled by the Secretary of State, as appropriate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Labor Certification, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">indicating your date of entry into the company, position you hold in the company, salary.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>For the guarantor in Dominican Rep.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified check or money order made payable to the Dominican Consulate in CA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Letter of Guarantee, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duly notarized and legalized by the Attorney General&#039;s Office, this document must be presented by the applicant along with the other documents on the day of their interview at the Dominican consulate. It is essential that this letter of guarantee contains the following clause, so that it can be accepted by our diplomatic or consular mission:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>WARRANTY CLAUSE:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&quot;I guarantee that (name, nationality, and passport) will not remain in the Dominican Republic longer than the period granted by the General Directorate of Immigration, nor will they apply for residency or change their immigration status from within the Dominican Republic, dedicating themselves exclusively to the activity for which they were granted the visa. I assume moral and financial responsibility for their return to their country of origin, and I assume responsibility for paying any expenses that said person may incur during their stay in the country, or that arise as a result of their repatriation or deportation from the country.&quot;<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>a) Financial solvency of the guarantor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, can be demonstrated by one or more of these:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2713 Bank letter&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2713 Work letter&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2713 Property titles&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>b) Copy of the guarantor&#039;s identity card.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visa costs vary depending on the visa type.
